Al moved from Montreal to make Waterloo Region his home. He saw the area as a great place to raise a family and is committed to helping others find their dream home here.
He specializes in working with first time home buyers, new homes and investment properties.
In his spare time Al enjoys canoeing on the Grand River, reading, exploring interesting coffee shops in the area and travel.
What do you like about Waterloo Region?
The growth and diversity of our area is exciting. When I came here it was very different than it is now. I enjoy working with clients that have fascinating jobs in the tech sector and are propelling us forward. It also fascinating to hear from clients that have been here for many years to talk about the changes and how much we’ve grown. I find people in Waterloo Region are very community orientated and have pride in the area.
Open houses – yay or nay?
A little bit of both. Open houses are great for inviting any potential buyers to come through a home, but there is a lot more impact when an agent goes through a home with clients. Agents can point out benefits of the home that a buyer may not see on their own.
What’s your favorite thing about real estate?
That every day is something new. I enjoy meeting new people all the time, the challenge of putting a deal together and the strategy I work out for each situation to ensure we’re successful. Working with clients to help them achieve their dreams is the best part of my job.
